What does it take to build a successful business?
This is the number one question I get from almost EVERYONE in my community. CEOs and business owners sit around and wonder why they can’t hit their next big milestone. My answer every single time….team.
It’s because when they are sitting there, trying to solve the mystery there is no one else around them. In order to make it to the top you need a foundation. You need a team that will rally around you. A team who see and want the vision just as much as you do. It’s not just building a team but it’s building a culture that allows your team to thrive.
In this episode I am sitting down with CEO and Founder of Saxbys Coffee Co Nick Bayer. He is explaining that even from the very beginning he wanted to build a culture that would encourage his employees to rise to the top.
