Back in the day, selling a program online looked like one of two things.


You would either email out a four part video series or host some type of online webinar. Now, this strategy can work. It works for the business owner that has a large, warm audience and almost celebrity in their space.


Now for 99% of online entrepreneurs this is NOT the case! Most of the time they don’t have the hundreds of thousands of followers or enough warm leads in the pipeline to close 50 people simply by hosting webinars. A lot of the time entrepreneurs buy into high level programs wanting to learn the strategy of selling online but leave with no return on investment. Now I’m not going to lie, I still use these strategies.


I email videos out to my list and I’ve  filled programs with webinars. However, I always found myself exhausted. It was like I was putting 100% into these launches and only getting 80% back.



I started to hear chatter among my clients and other people in the space that they felt the same way. Exhausted and disappointed. So about a year ago I started using Facebook challenges to fill some small courses I was selling.


I would open a group up for a 2 weeks, teach on LIVE streaming and then close the group a week after we filled. The more we did, the more I questioned why more people weren’t selling using live streams?
