How do you change markets?
Probably a question you never thought someone would ask. Why would you go and change markets in your business?! If you’re a business owner you want to claim a market or a space. You want to become the GO TO person in your industry.
However, there comes a time where it’s time to not necessarily change markets BUT get focused. Start to narrow in on who you want to sell to. This question on changing audiences usually comes when you are ready to up-level and truly claim ownership in your market.
Making the decision to up-level in your business comes at a point when you realize that you are targeting too general of an audience. Let’s get more specific and claim your niche in your industry!
