What does your failure rate say about you?
We were told growing up that failure was not an option! Success was measured as a win or a lose. Pass or Fail.
When people enter the entrepreneurial space, they don’t realize that in order to have success you have to fail. In the end, a majority of them end up failing as entrepreneurs. We have to change our mindset around failure!
Failure isn’t so black and white. When I was in the early stages of my business I was so scared to fail. I was worried about my ego, protecting my image and what I looked like in the public eye. It ultimately slowed me down. I was so worried about MYSELF I wasn’t committed to reaching my true potential.
That is what failure looks like. If you aren’t getting a rejection each and every day, you are playing small in your business! Failure equals feedback. Use what you learned the first time to improve the next time you try something!
