Gratitude.
Most of the time we think giving back can only happen in our personal life. We take our kids to the soup kitchen, we donate clothes every spring, or even attend an event every once in awhile. However, you can also have gratitud when it comes to your business.
I know most business owners don’t think like this but it is so incredibly important as CEOs to give back to our greater human family. Here at Kelly Roach Coaching we donate each week to an amazing organization called Charity Water. They provide clean drinking water to people across the globe that don’t have access.
It isn’t always about making the sale or seeing how much we can take home at the end of the day. We are all apart of the greater human family and we need to support EVERYONE.
This is why I wanted to showcase and bring on Hannah Skvarla. Hannah and the amazing Lauren Conrad co-founded The Little Market 5 years ago. The Little Market is a non-profit organization that helps women across the globe have sustainable jobs through consumer products.

They created a whole BUSINESS around helping women and other members of our greater human family. No pressure, if you can’t build a business around something like this. Hannah goes over simple ways small or large business owners can give back without breaking the bank.
