What is your 2019 resolution? According to a recent poll done by Statista, 37% of the United States wants to lose weight and another 37% want to eat healthier. It’s the most common resolution each and every year, and for good reason! When your body is at it’s best you perform at 100%, and for a business owner/CEO this is critical to a successful business.
Today on Unstoppable Success Radio, Certified Sports Nutritionist and Founder of Inner Strength University, Denise Povernick is here to talk about how you can reclaim your health for 2019.
